Terms of Use

These terms define the rules for using TwinGO as a professional travel planning workspace.

Last updated: June 29, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of TwinGO, an AI-assisted workspace for travel advisors, agencies, and related business users. By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the company or organization you represent.

If you use TwinGO under a separate written agreement, order form, or workspace contract, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.

2. The service

TwinGO helps travel professionals organize clients, conversations, itineraries, supplier information, offers, bookings, and related travel planning workflows. The service may include AI-generated suggestions, summaries, recommendations, drafts, and workflow assistance.

TwinGO is a planning and productivity tool. It is not a travel supplier, carrier, hotel, insurance provider, payment processor, legal advisor, or financial advisor. Travel availability, prices, cancellation rules, entry requirements, safety information, and supplier terms can change and must be verified before a booking or client commitment is made.

3. Accounts and workspaces

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for keeping credentials secure.
  • Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for inviting authorized users, assigning roles, and removing access when it is no longer needed.
  • You must notify us promptly if you believe an account or workspace has been accessed without authorization.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or workspace, except to the extent caused by our breach of these terms.

4. Customer data and traveler information

You may upload or enter information about your agency, users, clients, travelers, trips, preferences, documents, communications, pricing, and bookings. As between you and TwinGO, you retain ownership of that data.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, consents, and notices needed to submit client and traveler information to TwinGO and to allow TwinGO to process it for the purposes described in these terms and our Privacy Policy.

5. AI features and output

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific traveler or booking. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it, sending it to a client, or using it to make travel arrangements.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, passport details, payment card data, health information, or other regulated information unless it is necessary for your authorized use of the service and permitted by your workspace policies.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service unlawfully, deceptively, or in a way that violates another person's rights.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, interfere with service operations, probe systems, scrape data, or reverse engineer non-public parts of the service.
  • Do not upload malware, harmful code, or content that is abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.
  • Do not use the service to make automated decisions about a person without appropriate human review and a lawful basis for doing so.

7. Third-party services and suppliers

The service may connect with authentication providers, hosting providers, AI model providers, file storage providers, travel suppliers, booking platforms, payment services, and other third-party tools. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.

TwinGO is not responsible for third-party rates, inventory, content, outages, cancellations, supplier restrictions, or booking outcomes outside our reasonable control.

8. Fees and subscriptions

Paid features, usage limits, subscription periods, taxes, renewals, and cancellation terms may be described in an order form, workspace plan, checkout flow, or separate agreement. You are responsible for charges incurred by your workspace according to the applicable plan.

9. Intellectual property

TwinGO and its software, interfaces, workflows, designs, trademarks, and service content are owned by TwinGO or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of TwinGO intellectual property to you.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business travel planning workflows.

10. Confidentiality and security

Each party may receive confidential business, technical, or customer information from the other. The receiving party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information and may use it only to perform under these terms or as otherwise authorized.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the service. No system is perfectly secure, and you remain responsible for configuring workspace access and using the service appropriately.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe there is a security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, or a material violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any separate subscription or order terms.

After termination, access to the service may end, but provisions that by their nature should survive will continue, including confidentiality, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and ownership provisions.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwinGO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, or loss of data. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify workspace owners or users. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to your TwinGO account representative or to support@twingo.app.
